ABOUT
Hello! I am Sadie Jo Frazier, a 21 year old designer and seamstress from Tyler, Texas. I am currently based in NYC and majoring in fashion design at Parsons School of Design.
I draw much of my inspiration from fashion history, in both technique and design. (my most recent obsessions are late Edwardian underpinnings and 1920s Russian ballet costumes) I apply my historical research and knowledge to costumes and stage wear, creating unique blends of silhouette and fabrication.
Pattern and color are my bread and butter! I prioritize the use of vintage textiles and scraps, believing that my garments should pack a punch while radiating joy.
